A small online markup
LocalRun adds a small markup to online prices. That markup pays for the network and the card processing — you don’t pay card fees on LocalRun orders.
Delivery fee only when needed
Customers pay a delivery fee only when an order is small or far. You can choose to cover part or all of it.
Full details are in the Merchant Agreement. Online prices may be higher than your in-store prices.

Where does LocalRun deliver?
LocalRun serves Lexington, TN and nearby. Delivery is available up to 15 miles from each partner store — checkout tells you right away if your address is in range.
Why are online prices sometimes higher than in the store?
LocalRun adds a small markup to online prices. It pays for the delivery network and card processing, so the business still gets its full menu price. Prices you see at checkout are the prices you pay — plus tax, any delivery fee, and the tip you choose.
Is there a delivery fee?
Only when an order is small or far. Most of the cost of delivery is built into online prices, so many orders have no separate delivery fee. If one applies, you’ll see it before you pay.
Does my driver get the whole tip?
Yes. 100% of your tip goes to your driver.
Who are the drivers?
Local independent contractors. Before their first run, every driver confirms a valid driver’s license and auto insurance that covers delivery, uploads photos of both, and passes a background check through a third-party provider.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel shortly after ordering, before the business starts preparing it. If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we’ll work with the business to make it right. See the Terms of Service for details.
What does it cost my business to join?
There’s no sign-up fee and no commission taken out of your menu price. LocalRun earns from the small markup it adds to online prices, and pays card processing out of that. See Fees for businesses.
How does my business get paid?
Through Stripe. After approval you connect your business bank account in your store hub, and your share of each online order — your menu price minus any discounts you ran — is paid out there.
How long does approval take?
We review every new business and text you within 1 business day. Once approved, you log in with your owner PIN to confirm sales tax, your menu, and payouts before customers can order.

No. Orders can print to your kitchen through Square today, and more POS options are on the way. Tell us what you use when you sign up.
